Fischerhäus Ena

Beschreibung

House Ena is located in Modrave, between the towns of Drage and Pirovac. The house can be reached by car on a gravel road.

The house is located 50 meters from the sea where there is a sandy beach.

The house has a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. There is a double bed in the room, and in the kitchen there is a gas stove and an electric refrigerator, as well as a sofa bed and a TV. The house has a terrace with a grill and deck chairs.

Electricity is at 220 volts and is obtained using a solar collector. There is hot water in the kitchen and bathroom. There is enough water, but it should be used rationally.

There is a wood stove in the house, so it is possible to rent the house in the winter months.

Pets are allowed.
