Podmuravnjak

The house is located on the island of Žut in the bay Podmuravnjak where there is one other house.

The house consists of a kitchen / living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom (the bathroom is entered through one of the bedrooms). In each bedroom there is a double bed, and an extra bed is located in the kitchen. There is a barbecue and a table on the terrace.

Electricity at 220V is obtained through solar collectors. Water works on the principle of mechanical pumps. There is enough water for everyday use with rational use.

Transport from Murter directly to the house is organized by owners, the price in both directions is 100 €. Pets are allowed. Parking space in Murter is provided and free of charge.
