The holiday house „Zarita“ is located on the island of Smokvica Vela in the southern part of the Kornati National Park. Access to the house is only possible by sea, and the distance from the nearest land point is 9 nautical miles (Murter). Guests can come by their own boat or the owner will arrange a transfer from Murter. The price of a one-way transfer is €150.

The house is located in a beautiful landscape just a few meters from the sea in a sparsely populated area. There are two restaurants in the bay, so there are visitors during the day, but it is quiet at night. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the bay and a part of the Kornati archipelago.

The house was built in a traditional style, and the modern and richly equipped interior provides all the necessary comfort for a vacation. The house has one bedroom with a double bed, a toilet with a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen. In the living room there is a sofa bed where one person can sleep if needed. Guests have access to the kitchen with all household appliances (stove, oven, refrigerator, drinking water machine) and dishes. Wi-fi, satellite TV and a washing machine are available in the house.
