The house is located on the island of Žut in the bay Dragišina. In the bay there are a few other houses and a restaurant. In the neighboring bays there are two more restaurants. Market is 1.5 km away.

In the house there are two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and a bathroom. In one bedroom there is a double bed and in the other there are two separated beds. The extra bed is situated in the living room. The kitchen is equiped with gas stove and refrigerator. In front of the house there is a terrace and a barbecue. The house has its own dock for the boat.

Electricity is solar (12 V). Water comes from a tank and it is used with the help of a water pump. Water and electricity must be used with reasonable care.

Transfer to the house is organized from Murter by boat because there is no public transport. The price is 150 € (including both direction). It is possible to rent a small boat. The price is 20 €/day. Pets are allowed and charged 6 €/day. Parking is provided.
