Holiday house Zip is a newly renovated house on the island of Murter with a garden of 1000 meters and a private children’s playground. It is located 400 meters from the sandy beach Podvrške.

The house has 50 m2. It has two bedrooms – one room has a double bed, and the other a bed with dimensions 80×200 that can be extended into a double bed with dimensions160x200. The house has one bathroom with shower and one toilet with a washing machine. In the living room there is a corner sofa that can be extended into an extra bed for one person. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, kettle, coffee machine and dolche gusto.

Private parking in front of the apartment with disabled access. On the terrace of 60 m2 there is a grill. Next to the house is a private children’s playground with a trampoline, a pirate ship with sand, a children’s kitchen, swings, a climbing rope, hammocks and a basketball hoop.
