The house includes a bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa in the living room.
The house has its own boat dock, a terrace, and a grill. It is possible to rent a small boat for an additional fee.

Parking for a car is located 50 meters from the house.
