Modrave

House is located in Modrave, between places Drage and Pirovac. Places Murter, Pirovac and Drage are twenty minutes away from the house by boat. With macadam road you can come to the house – parking next to the house. There is a small restaurant 100 meters from the house.

It the house there is a one double bed in the bedroom and you can find kitchen-range, gas refrigerator and extendable couch in the kitchen. House has a toilet with shower, terrace, grill and its own dock for the boat. There is also a shower located outside the house, heated up by the sun.

There is a 220 volt electricity in the house and it is supplied by solar collectors. Ther is a hot water in the kitchen and in a toilet. There is enough water, but it should be used rationally.

It is possible to rent a 4 m long boat with 4 hp engine. The price is 35 € per day, without gas. Pets are allowed and will be charged 6 € per day.
