The house is located in Modrave, between the places Drage and Pirovac. By car, you can come 150 meters from a house by gravel road and you can park there.
The house has a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, and in a separate building another bedroom with a bathroom. Both bedrooms have a double bed, and the kitchen has a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher, as well as a couch. The house has its own dock for a boat, terrace, grill and swimming pool.
There is a 220 volt electricity in the house and it is supplied by solar collectors. There is enough water, but it should be used rationally.
It has air conditioning, TV, wi-fi.
Pets are allowed and are charged €10 per day.
