Stani

Fisherman’s house Stani 4 + 1 is located on the mainland, in Modrave in the bay Stani. The house is secluded, although several more houses can be seen in the bay, but quite far from the fisherman’s house Stani.

The fisherman’s house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, while the other bedroom has a single bed, which can be extended into a double bed. Fully equipped bathroom with toilet and shower. In the living room the house has a kitchen with a dining table, a sofa that is used as an extra bed, which leads to a covered terrace where the dining table is.

The house is supplied with electricity by solar panels and has electricity at 220 V which allows uninterrupted use and charging of electronic devices. The house has wifi and TV for use by guests.
There is enough water, but it should be used rationally. In the house, water is used in all taps.

Fisherman’s house Stani is fully accessible by car (macadam road) from the highway.

It is also possible to get to the house from Murter by sea, in which case parking for your car is provided and included in the price, and transfer to the fishing house Stani is also provided and included in the price.

Pets are allowed and are charged 6 € / day. Parking space is provided. In front of the house is a waterfront with a berth for a boat.
