Veliki Vinik

House is situated on the island of Veliki Vinik in an isolated place. The distance between the town of Murter and the house is 15 minutes by boat. About 5 minutes away by boat there is a restaurant on the small island called Zminjak.

The house has one bedroom with a double bed. You can find kitchen-range and electric refrigerator in the kitchen. House has a toilet, terrace, grill and its own dock. Shower is located outside the house, heated up by the sun.

There is a 220 V electricity and it is supplied by solar collectors. For water supply you will use a water pump. There is enough water, but it should be used rationally.

We organize a boat transfer to the house and back (there is no public transport). The transfer is included in the price. It is possible to rent a boat. The price is 30 € per day, without gas. Pets are allowed and charged 6 €/day. Parking place is provided.
