The house is located on the island of Žut in the bay of Podražanj. Nearby there are three more houses, a restaurant, a marina and a grocery store.

The house has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a toilet. The rooms have two beds. Extra bed is located in the living room. In the kitchen there is a stove and a refrigerator on the gas. The house has its own shore for a boat, a terrace and a grill.

The current is 220 volts and is obtained with a solar collector. Use water using a hand pump. Water has enough, but it needs to be rationally used.

Transfer to the house and back organized by boat (no public transport). The transfer price in both directions is € 200. Pets are allowed and are charged 6 € / day. Parking space is provided.
