The house is located on the island of Veliki Vinik in a secluded place surrounded by olive trees and pine trees. It has its own boat for the boat. Murter Island is 5 minutes away by boat.<\/p>\n
In the house there is one bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with gas stove and electric fridge. The house has a bathroom with toilet. In front of the house there is a terrace that is covered, and it is in the shade. The house also has a grill.<\/p>\n
The current is 220 volts. The use of water is by means of an electric pump. The water has enough, but it needs to be used rationally.<\/p>\n
Transfer to the house and back we organize by boat (no public transport is available). Transfer is included in the price. It is possible to rent a boat with a 4 hp engine, the price is 30 \u20ac per day without fuel. Pets are allowed for a surcharge of 6 \u20ac \/ day. Parking place is secured.<\/p>\n
