There are two beds in the room, and you can find kitchen-range and electric refrigerator in the kitchen. There is a 220 volt electricity and it is supplied by solar collectors. For water supply you will use a water pump. There is enough water, but it should be used rationally. House has a bathroom, terrace, grill and dock. There are 2 showers, one is in the bathroom and the other outside the house. The outdoor shower is heated by the sun, and the indoor one by a collector.<\/p>\n
There is a wood stove in the house, so it is possible to rent the house in the winter months.<\/p>\n
It is possible to rent a 4 m long boat with 3 hp engine. The price is 30 \u20ac per day, without gas. Boat driving licence is required. It is possible to rent a boat only for a whole period of stay.<\/p>\n
A parking place is provided. Pets will be charged extra 10 \u20ac per day.<\/p>\n
