House is situated on the island of Radelj (Murter archipelago) in an isolated place. The small town of Murter is 1 km away. There is a restaurant on the small island called Zminjak only 10 minutes away from the house, by boat.<\/p>\n
In the house there is one bedroom with two double beds. In the kitchen there is a kitchen-range and gas refrigerator. Electricity in the house is on a 220 volt and it is supplied by solar collectors. Water is supplied by a water pump. There is enough water, but it should be used rationally. House has a bathroom with toilet, terrace, grill and dock.<\/p>\n
We organize a boat transfer to the house and back (there is no public transport). The one-way ride to the house lasts around 10 minutes. Transfer is included in the price.

It is possible to rent a boat with 6 hp engine, the price is 70 \u20ac.<\/p>\n
