The distance between the town of Murter and the house is 15 minutes by boat. About 5 minutes away by boat there is a restaurant on the small island called Zminjak.<\/p>\n<p>The house has one bedroom with a double bed. You can find kitchen-range and electric refrigerator in the kitchen. House has a toilet, terrace, grill and its own dock. Shower is located outside the house, heated up by the sun.<\/p>\n<p>There is a 220 V electricity and it is supplied by solar collectors. For water supply you will use a water pump. There is enough water, but it should be used rationally.<\/p>\n<p>We organize a boat transfer to the house and back (there is no public transport). The transfer is included in the price. It is possible to rent a boat. The price is 30 \u20ac per day, without gas. Pets are allowed and charged 6 \u20ac\/day.
