House is situated on the island of Zminjak in an isolated place. There is a restaurant about 300 meters away. The path to the restaurant is not easy to pass due to the sharp rocks so the privacy is insured.<\/p>\n
House has one bedroom with two beds in it. You can find kitchen-range and big eletric refrigerator (166 l) in the kitchen. House has a toilet, terrace, grill and its own dock for the boat.<\/p>\n
There is a 12 and 220 volt electricity and hot and cold water for the kitchen, shower and toilet. There is enough water, but it should be used rationally. <\/p>\n
We organize a boat transfer to the house and back (there is no public transport) and it is included in the price. The pets are not allowed. A parking place is provided. <\/p>\n
