The house is located on the island of \u017dut in Strunac bay. There are several houses and mobile homes for rent in the bay, as well as a restaurant.<\/p>\n
The house extends over two floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and a living room with a sofa that can be extended and used as an extra bed. In the kitchen there is an electric refrigerator and a gas stove. The water is rainwater from a tank, and there is a 220 volt electricity. Water and electricity must be used rationally. There are two bedrooms on the first floor – one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds.<\/p>\n
There is a sitting area in front of the house. There is a berth on the waterfront. Small motor boat (5 hp) is included in the price.<\/p>\n
We organize the transfer to the island by boat from Murter because there is no public transport – price is 110 \u20ac for one direction.<\/p>\n
Pets are allowed. Parking place in Murter is provided.<\/p>\n
