Sarušćica

The house is located on the island of Žut in the Kornati archipelago in the bay Sarušćica where there is one other house.

The house has three bedrooms, two on the ground floor, and the third bedroom is located on the gallery, then the living room, kitchen and bathroom with toilet on the ground floor. In front of the house is a terrace, waterfront and barbecue. The stove and refrigerator are on gas. Shower and cooking water comes from a tank from which it is pumped. The bathroom has a bathtub, sink and toilet bowl, and there is also an outdoor shower. Sea water coming from the tank by free fall is used for the toilet. Electricity is solar, at 12 V. Water and electricity must be used rationally. There are two more houses in the bay, and two more restaurants in the neighboring bays. The market is 1.5 km away in a neighboring bay.

We organize the transfer to the island from Murter by speedboat or an old wooden boat (leut), because there is no public transport. The transfer costs an additional 300 euros. Parking is provided by the homeowner and is free of charge.
Pets are allowed and are charged 6 €.
