The house is located on the island of Žut in Sarušćica bay. In the cove there is another house, and in the neighboring coves there are two more restaurants and a market.

The house has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and toilet. In one room there is a double bed and in the other room there are two separate beds. Extra bed is located in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and fridge on the gas. In front of the house is a terrace and grill. The house has its own shore for the boat.

The electricity is solar to 12 V. The shower and cooking water comes from the tank from which it is pumped. Water and electricity should be used rationally.

Transfer to the island is organized by a boat from Murter because there is no public transport. The transfer price is 320 € (both directions included). Pets are allowed and are charged 6 € / day. Parking is provided.
