Val

House is situated on the island of Radelj (Murter archipelago) in an isolated place. The small town of Murter is 1 km away. There is a restaurant on the small island called Zminjak only 10 minutes away from the house, by boat.

In the house there is one bedroom with two double beds. In the kitchen there is a kitchen-range and gas refrigerator. Electricity in the house is on a 220 volt and it is supplied by solar collectors. Water is supplied by a water pump. There is enough water, but it should be used rationally. House has a bathroom with toilet, terrace, grill and dock.

We organize a boat transfer to the house and back (there is no public transport). The one-way ride to the house lasts around 10 minutes. Transfer is included in the price.
Parking place is provided.

It is possible to rent a boat with 6 hp engine, the price is 65 €.
